ZAMBIA: 58 Newest Catechumens Graduate in Ndola

58 dedicated catechumens have received their certificates upon completion of their rigorous training from the School of Faith in Ndola, Zambia.

The catechumens were issued certificates during the 3rd Graduation ceremony, which was held at the Cathedral of Christ the King on Saturday, April 20th, 2024.

The ceremony commenced with the Holy Eucharist graced by Rt. Rev. Benjamin Phiri, the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Ndola and concelebrated by Vicar General Very Rev. Fr. Lewis Mutachila, among other priests.

In his homily, Bishop Phiri emphasized the paramount importance for the graduates to utilize the knowledge they had acquired in their training to effectively teach and guide those entrusted to their care.

The Bishop encouraged them to cultivate a robust prayer life and foster a deep relationship with the divine source of their calling.

Bishop Phiri further admonished the graduates against the dissemination of heretical beliefs, stressing the significance of upholding the sacred deposit of faith they had received.

The Certificates were given to the graduates by Bishop Phiri as he congratulated them on their remarkable achievement.
