Father Pope Francis has appointed His Excellency Archbishop Luigi Bianco as the
new Apostolic Nuncio to Ethiopia. Archbishop Bianco, the titular Archbishop of
Falerone, has until now been the Apostolic Nuncio to Honduras. He takes over
from Archbishop George Panikulam who is now the Nuncio in Uruguay.
