SOUTH SUDAN: Archbishop urges Clergy, Religious and Laity to aim for Sainthood

The Catholic Archbishop of
Juba, H.G. Paulino Lokudu Loro, urged the clergy, the religious and the laity to work hard and humble themselves to
become saints.

Loro explained that to become a saint, a follower of Christ must change and respond to the
Lord without problems, Bakhita Radio of the Catholic Radio Network reported.

The Archbishop
advised Christians, religious and clergy not to follow evil ways that weaken their faith.

said that the duty of the clergy, the religious and the laity was to reach heaven and become saints.
The Catholic
prelate stressed that priests responded to the ministry to become holy people
in heaven.

Archbishop Lukudu
was delivering a homily during the celebration of the feast of St Theresa of
the Child Jesus at St Theresa’s Cathedral, Kator, in Juba.
