This is the first major clashes since the government and<br \/>\nrebels signed a ceasefire agreement on January 23, 2014<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nBoth sides<br \/>\naccused each other of starting the violence in Malakal.
