\ngovernor received the Apostolic Nuncio to South Sudan Most Rev Charles Daniel
\nBalvo on February 25 in Torit.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nThe Apostolic Nuncio is in the country for his first pastoral
\nvisit to the Catholic Diocese of Torit, Radio Emmanuel reports.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nArchbishop Balvo said his visit aimed at interacting with Priests,
\nReligious and Faithful of the Catholic Diocese of Torit.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nSpeaking during the welcoming
\nceremony, Imotong
\nState Governor, Nartisio Loluke Manir pledged to implement peace in the state
\nas he recalled that Torit was the town that started the liberation struggle for
\nthe independence of South Sudan.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nMany Christians were anxious with the Apostolic Nuncio\u2019s visit as
\nthey knew that he came with peace and reconciliation message to the people of
\nSouth Sudan. <\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nThe Apostolic Nuncio was expected on to visit the diocesan
\nfacilities and later pay pay courtesy call to the Governor.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
