margin-bottom: 0in; tab-stops: .8in; text-align: justify;\">\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nArchbishop Paolino Lukudu<br \/>\nLoro called on Bakhita, other Catholic radios of the Network and all radios in<br \/>\nSouth Sudan to honestly and efficiently deliver messages of hope,<br \/>\nreconciliation and peace to people as Jesus did to all persons in the world.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nHe pointed out that Bakhita<br \/>\nRadio was closed for two months due to administrative, technical and financial<br \/>\nirregularities.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nHe said the Archdiocese<br \/>\nformed a committee to put the irregularities in order, so that the Station<br \/>\nreflects the voice of the Catholic Church in Juba.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nArchbishop Lukudu said the<br \/>\nArchdiocese also constituted a Board of Governance headed by a Vicar-General<br \/>\nand appointed Acting director to carry out the reform process.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nHe explained that a policy<br \/>\nbook of the Radio is under revision to be signed into law by the end of the<br \/>\nyear, adding that staff reduction would be completed late December.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nArchbishop Lukudu appealed<br \/>\nfor emergency support as Bakhita Radio would face financial challenges to<br \/>\noperate well for some months.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nIt is worth mentioning that<br \/>\nBakhita transmitter burnt during the test on Wednesday, evening, but another<br \/>\nwould reach Juba on Friday for listeners to enjoy programmes.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nThe Archdiocesan<br \/>\nAdministration promoted the former Radio Programme Manager, Josephine Achiro,<br \/>\nto lead the station after handing termination letter to the former Director,<br \/>\nAlbino Tokwaro, effective from November 30, 2014.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nThe Radio was stopped by<br \/>\nNational Security organs, but the Archdiocese after getting keys decided to<br \/>\nform an investigative committee to scrutinize the station.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;
