\nSenior
\nmanagement staffs from Episcopal Conference of Malawi ECM are the next
\nbeneficiaries of the Capacity building project of AMECEA in collaboration with
\nUnited States Conference of Catholic Bishops USCCB.<\/div>\n

\nSpeaking to
\nAMECEA Online News, Ms. Christine Mbugi, Coordinator of the AMECEA\/USCCB
\nCapacity Building program, said that the training workshop for the senior
\nmanagement team from all ECM Dioceses is scheduled for 3rd to 7th
\nNovember, 2014. The venue of the workshop will be at the Catholic University of
\nMalawi (CUNIMA) which is situated in Blantyre.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n\n\n\n\n

\nhave confirmed their participation, according to the information I received
\nfrom the Vice Chancellor of the Catholic University of Malawi Prof. Anacklet
\nPhiri,\u201d says Ms. Mbugi.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nAmong the topics to be presented includes Leadership and
\nManagement in Church Institutions; Introduction to Project writing design,
\nGrant writing, Implementation strategies and report writing; Pastoral planning;
\nEntrepreneurship; Management of Human Resource and Interface with some Members
\nof CUNIMA Management.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nAll the above topics will be facilitated by CUNIMA under the
\nsupervision of the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA).<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nECM is the fourth
\nconference in the series to receive Capacity Building workshop for senior
\nmanagement personnel from the Dioceses. Other conferences which have received
\nsimilar trainings included Sudan Catholic Bishops Conference, Episcopal
\nConference of Ethiopia and Tanzania Episcopal Conference.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nAMECEA in
\ncollaborations with USCCB plans to conduct trainings to agents of
\nevangelization throughout AMECEA region to maintaining an effective, diverse
\nand motivated workforce at dioceses level and to ensure excellence in support
\nof the region\u2019s pastoral outreach by empowering all the parties in the region<\/div>\n
