Rev. Rev. John Oballa Owaa, Chairman of the KCCB &#8211; Finance Commission and the Bishop of Muranga Rt. Rev. James Maria Wainaina, Bishop of Kitui Rt. Rev. Anthony Muheria, Nairobi Auxilary Bishop Rt. Rev. David Kamau, and the Bishop of Lodwar Rt. Rev.
