Bishop elect Fr. Valentine Kalumba of Oblates of Mary Immaculate (OMI) will be consecrated in Livingstone town of Zambia as Bishop OF Livingston Diocese.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In June, 2016 the Holy Father Pope Francis appointed Msgr. Valentine Kalumba as the Bishop of Livingstone taking over from retired Bishop Raymond Mpezele.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4778\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4778\" style=\"width: 166px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4778\" src=\"http:\/\/communications.amecea.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/fr.-valentine.jpg\" alt=\"Rt. Rev. Valentine Kalumba,  Bishop-Elect of Livingston\" width=\"166\" height=\"200\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4778\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Rt. Rev. Valentine Kalumba,<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Bishop-Elect of Livingston<\/strong><\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Msgr. Kalumba, O.M.I was ordained priest for the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate on 22<sup>nd<\/sup> October 2005 in Lusaka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He holds a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Theology and a Diploma in Accountancy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Msgr.
