I want to. I want to. I want to. But we have to leave<br \/>\neverything in the hands of the Lord\u201d, Vatican Radio reported.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nPope<br \/>\nFrancis, who was accompanied by Cardinal Fernando Filoni, greeted each Bishop<br \/>\nin the presence of the Apostolic Nuncios of both countries.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nArchbishop<br \/>\nof Juba Paulino Lukudu Loro said the \u201cissue of peace\u201d is still a priority in<br \/>\nboth countries, especially South Sudan, \u201cbecause we are at war.\u201d<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nHe called on<br \/>\nthe Vatican to address the issue of vacant dioceses and providing support for<br \/>\nthe local clergy.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nThe Bishops<br \/>\nat the meeting discussed peace, poverty and vocations in each country. They<br \/>\nthanked the Holy Father during the meeting.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nMeanwhile, the<br \/>\nreport released by Stockholm International Peace Research Institute or SIPRI on<br \/>\nTuesday 19th January, entitled \u201cscenarios for South Sudan in 2020\u201d,<br \/>\noutlines possible scenarios for the future pointed out that there is hope for a<br \/>\npeaceful future if the 2015 agreement is implemented and the peace process<br \/>\nopened up beyond the current parties.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nThe first<br \/>\nscenario indicates \u2018united in diversity\u2019 where the agreement is implemented and<br \/>\nthe peace process consolidated and deepened.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nThe other<br \/>\npicture shows \u2018dictatorship\u2019 and \u201821 Kingdoms\u2019 in which tremendous cost in<br \/>\nhuman lives, oppression and the victory of either side may come.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nThe third<br \/>\nscenario predicts divided leadership\u2019 where a badly implemented peace process<br \/>\nwill lead to renewed war.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nThe last<br \/>\nscenario shows \u2018fragmentation\u2019 in which continuation of war may lead to a<br \/>\ncomplete breakdown of the governance.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nIf South<br \/>\nSudan\u2019s leaders continue to believe that they can potentially win the war,<br \/>\nfragmentation of the country is a very likely scenario, warns Dr. Ja\u00efr van der<br \/>\nLijn, Head of SIPRI\u2019s Peace Operations and Conflict Management team.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify;\">\nHe adds that<br \/>\nthe international community is unlikely to come to the rescue, in spite of the<br \/>\nterrible human suffering and large refugee flows.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal;
