\nPresident, President Omar Al-Bashir, on Wednesday, issued a decree ordering the opening of the borders
\nwith the South Sudan.<\/div>\n

\nNews Agency reported that President Omar Al-Bashir directed the concerned authorities
\nto take all the necessary measures for the implementation of this decision on
\nthe ground. <\/div>\n

\nIn
\nanother development, last week, President Bashir directed his authorities to
\nreduce the transit fees for the oil produced in South Sudan.On Monday, President
\nSalvaKiir ordered SPLA to withdraw from the borders with Sudan to five miles or
\neight kilometres.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nThe
\nPresident <\/a>disclosed that he dispatched a special envoy to
\nKhartoum to convey to President Al-Bashir his desire to normalize ties with
\nSudan.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nLast
\nNovember the two countries agreed to reactivate the safe border demilitarized
\nzone agreed on September 27, 2012 and to deploy a joint monitoring force.<\/div>\n
