SOUTH SUDAN: Rumbek Diocese Trains Small Christian Community
The Catholic Diocese of Rumbek commenced a two-day workshop to Small Christian Communities on preaching the gospel.
According to Good News Radio, the workshop aimed at strengthening the Small Christian Communities with skills of evangelization.
Addressing the participants, Sister Teresa Mugase explained the roles of Small Christian Communities in the Catholic Church to members.
She said the Communities have managed to unite and change lives of citizens in the state.
The Sister encouraged love among the people and spirit of togetherness as people of God.
Meanwhile the Assistant Parish Priest of Holy Cross Nolasco Joseph Mushy, congratulated the members especially women for accepting God’s call to be missionaries in their Diocese.
The workshop brought together 33 people from different parts of the Holy Cross Parish in Rumbek Catholic Diocese.
