Most Rev. Paulino Lukudu
Archbishop of Juba

Most Rev.
Paolino Lukudu Loro has asked priests to prepare well their homilies and
avoid using the pulpit for political agenda.
The Archbishop
of Juba said this during the Archdiocesan pastoral meeting of clergy and
religious in which he expressed concern over some of the homilies delivered by
Priests telling them that sometimes they become too political.
He
challenged priests to be honest to their vocation and preaching the word of God
without condemning people.
During the
same meeting Archbishop Lukudu (75) informed the priests and religious who
attended the meeting that the Holy Father, Pope Francis has accepted his
resignation letter upon reaching the age limit which he sent to him on February
27, 2015.
