“This was a
decision by the Ugandan Bishops upon realization that if world communications
day celebrations at national level were held on the actual day in one diocese
then other Dioceses will not be able to celebrate. The Bishops wanted the communicators
to celebrate at the national level earlier, gather enough information on the
theme and share the reflections with the respective diocese,” he added.
