His Excellency Barack Obama to support the arms embargo to the Country because
more weapons mean more fuel to the fire, more attacks on civilians, arbitrary
killings, rape, burnings and pillage.
According to
the Secretariat team leader at the South Sudan Action Network on Small Arms,
Geoffrey Duke, President Obama should ensure that 2015 is not a repeat of
horrific of 2013 and 2014 for South Sudanese.
