This course aims at imparting leadership and management skills to Catholic Church leaders in Tanzania. Through this course participants will be exposed to practical cases of challenges facing leaders in Catholic churches.
The training which targets all the Conferences in AMECEA Region is
part of an ongoing project between AMECEA and USCCB on capacity building and
leadership training to Church personnel. The collaboration started in 2010.
This is the second training to be conducted at the level of the conference; the
first was conducted in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. Previously, two similar trainings
which targeted the bishops from AMECEA Region were conducted in Nairobi,
facilitated by the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
