SOUTH SUDAN: Bishop urges Christians to renew their Faith

Catholic Bishop of Yei Diocese Tr Rev Erkulano Lodu Tombe on Saturday urged Christians and students to
renew and strengthen their faith. Bishop Erkulano said the Pope
announced the Year of Faith for renewal of the faith of all Christians.

Lodu said the many activities taking place in parishes and schools indicate
that faith was growing. He told students that there are many things they could
do to evangelize to one another by sharing their faith in word and deed.

the end of Young Christian Students (YCS) Rally Day on Saturday 5th
October, which was organized by the Diocese.

accomplish the work left by Jesus Christ. He explained that becoming priests or

Lodu said that the Diocese will continue sending boys to the seminary so that
even if they do not become priests, they will because would become good
Christians and Church pillars.
