SOUTH SUDAN: Bishop urges Nationals to Love Foreigners

Tombura-Yambio Catholic Bishop urged local communities to love foreigners.
He was commenting on the allegations from some local constructors that Tombura-Yambio diocese was giving huge projects to foreigners.
The prelate said there were some technical works that need expatriates.
Bishop Hiiboro stated that the diocese planned to construct 70 primary schools in villages with no schools.
He said many local people would be employed to the project and only the technical position would be given to foreign experts.
The bishop disclosed that the diocese will open a Polytechnic school in Mupoi to train local personnel.
